Nathaly founded Prime Medical Clinic to bring warm, unhurried care to the Kendall community she calls home. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she treats every adult patient like family, taking the time to listen, explain, and build a real relationship.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she makes sure every patient leaves informed and cared for, with a clear plan and the time to ask questions.
She works alongside a small bilingual team, so the clinic stays small enough to know you.

Do you see patients in Spanish?
Yes. Nathaly and our team are fully bilingual, so every visit can be in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
What ages do you treat?
We care for adults 19 and older. We do not see patients under 19, so we are happy to refer younger families to a trusted pediatric provider.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial plans. We also see patients without insurance. Call us at 786-536-2414 and we will check your plan for you.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our secure scheduling system, or call us at 786-536-2414. You will get a confirmation and reminders for your appointment.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, for patients we already see. Video visits are booked through the patient portal, and portal access is set up after your first visit with us, so a new patient's first appointment is in person. Never use a video visit for an emergency: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Can I get lab work, an EKG, or IV therapy on-site?
Yes. Blood draws, lab testing, EKG, and IV therapy are all done right here in our Kendall clinic, so there is no extra trip and no waiting on outside results.
